September 1:

• Final product descriptions due by this date.
• Exhibitors Personnel Form deadline (to supply your exhibit representative names and email addresses).

September 15:

• Questions due for the Exhibitor Extravaganza Passport Game (participation optional)
• Product Showcase & Show Deals Due (exhibitor submits one-page PDF, participation optional)

September 17:

• Deadline to apply for an exhibit booth.

October 1:

• Deadline to substitute exhibit personnel logins and/or cancel additional exhibit personnel logins that were purchased.

LIVE EXHIBIT HOURS

Exhibitors will have dedicated live hours and additional optional office hours.  The Live Exhibit Hours in the program will be: (listed in Central Daylight Savings Time/ Chicago)

Saturday, October 17:             9:30AM-1:00PM
Sunday, October 18:               9:30AM-1:00PM
Monday, October 19:              8:00AM-11:00AM
Tuesday, October 20:             8:00AM-11:00AM
Sunday, October 25:               9:00AM-11:00AM

CANCELLATION POLICY

Written notification of an exhibitor’s decision to cancel must be e-mailed to Jule Uddfolk, Meetings & Exhibits Manager, at the ISHRS Headquarters office (info@ishrs.org). Upon receipt of cancellation email, an acknowledgement will be emailed to you within 48 hours.  It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to assure the cancellation was received.  If you do not receive an acknowledgement email it means we did not receive your cancellation.

The following policies will apply:

• Cancellation received by August 15, 2020: Full refund less $100 administrative fee
• Cancellation received August 16-August 31, 2020: 50% refund of full exhibit space(s) fee less $100 administrative fee
• Cancellation received after August 31, 2020: No refund

Regarding Exhibit Personnel Fees (for any additional personnel over the four included with booth), there is no penalty for cancellation up until October 1, 2020.  After that date, there is no refund for cancellations.
