Read Instructions Before Beginning The Registration Process

ISHRS Physician Members – You will enter your last name and ISHRS member number. Your member number is located on a recent meeting promotional e-mail and/or an old dues renewal notice. If you are unable to locate your membership number, then please contact the ISHRS Headquarters.

Non-Member Physicians – You will need a special code.
Please fax the appropriate registration verification to the ISHRS Headquarters and a special code will be emailed to you within 48-hours. This code will allow you to register for the meeting. If the aforementioned step has been completed and you have not received your special code within 48-hours, please call the ISHRS Headquarters.

Physician Pending-Members and Adjunct Pending-Members: A special code was emailed to you. Please enter that code into the special code field, click ‘Submit’, and then select the appropriate registration type from those displayed. Contact the ISHRS HQ if you have not received your code.

Exhibitors – You should register via the Exhibit Registration website.

Registration Fees
The general registration fee includes admittance to general scientific sessions, Focused Sessions, on demand Cases, Studies and Innovations (CSI) – Scientific Presentations, exhibits, and access to the Final Program Guide, Abstract Book, and handouts.  Extra courses and ticketed events may require additional fees. All fees are denoted in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Registration Categories

PHYSICIAN CATEGORIES
Category Description Regular Rate
Physician – ISHRS Member For Physician Members of the ISHRS. $449
Physician – Pending ISHRS Member For physicians who have applied for membership. A complete application with fee must be received at the headquarters office to be eligible for this rate. $499
Physician – Non-Member For physicians who are not current ISHRS members and have not submitted a completed membership application. Registration verification is required for all non-members and must accompany the registration form. $599

RESIDENT CATEGORIES
Category Description Regular Rate
Physician Resident or Training Fellow – ISHRS Member For Resident Members of the ISHRS or for ISHRS Physician Members who are currently enrolled in an ISHRS-approved Fellowship Training Program or other approved fellowship training program in hair restoration surgery or another specialty. Training Fellows must submit a letter of verification from the fellowship training program director along with their registration form. $349
Physician Resident – Pending ISHRS Member For physician residents who have applied for membership. A complete application with fee must be received at the headquarters office to be eligible for this rate. $399
Physician Resident or Training Fellow – Non-Member For physician residents who are not current members of the ISHRS and are currently participating in an approved residency training programs. Or, for non-member physicians who are currently enrolled in an ISHRS-approved Fellowship Training Program or other approved fellowship training program in hair restoration surgery or another specialty. Training Fellows must submit a letter of verification from the fellowship training program director along with their registration form. Non-member residents must submit a letter of verification from the residency program director along with their registration form. $449

ADJUNCT CATEGORIES

Adjunct – ISHRS Member For Adjunct members of the ISHRS. $449
Adjunct – Pending ISHRS Member For individuals who have applied for and meet the qualifications of Adjunct category of membership. A complete application with fee must be received at the headquarters office to be eligible for this rate. $499
Adjunct – Non-Member/Trichologist For individuals who are not current or member-pending ISHRS Adjunct Members, but meet the qualifications for Adjunct Membership (i.e., individuals who hold a doctorate PhD or equivalent in a biomedical-related area and devote the majority of their professional activities to hair research in an academic setting). In addition, this category includes individuals who are trichologists. Registration verification is required for all non-members and must accompany the registration form. $599
